The job

In your position as a leader/head, you will own the strategy for EGGS in Germany, have the responsibility to set a direction and increase our external visibility. You are responsible for creating an environment that offers a perfect balance between culture, quality, and profitability. As a leader, you will carry the main responsibility for the establishment and development of our EGGS Design Germany team.

You will also work actively with targeting and converting new prospects and customers, both regionally and nationally. We also expect a high degree of collaboration with our existing offices. Some (inter)national travelling will be necessary.

Our Hamburg office will be established in close relation to our Brand Sopra Steria Next, which is the management consultancy arm of Sopra Steria.

Desired background

You have a higher education with elements of design/innovation, economy and business administration. But experience and ability to convert words to action will be considered equally important. Furthermore, you bring a proven network from the field of design & innovation.

It is necessary that you have experience with sales, planning, leading, and delivering large, complex projects - where you have had the responsibility for budgeting, resource allocation and profitability management.
